About us
Bites2B is a Bulgarian pre-order platform built specifically for the food business — catering companies, cake and dessert makers, bakeries, meal-prep services, and boutique producers. It's developed by Eko Prom Proekt EOOD, a company founded in 2011 with over a decade of experience in engineering and infrastructure projects, today building its own digital products and software solutions.
Before Bites2B, we worked on roads, sports facilities, and public buildings. Today we bring the same engineering discipline to the software we build.

Frequently asked questions
Before you begin
Do I need a separate website?
No. Bites2B includes a branded store and hosting of the SaaS platform. An additional corporate website is optional.
What is the difference between Shop and Business?
Shop includes the store, payments and basic order management. Business adds workflow management, a planning calendar, staff notifications and business analytics. Analytics is awaiting client testing.
Who receives online order payments?
Online payments are processed through the merchant account with the payment provider. Provider fees and terms are separate from the Bites2B subscription.
How do the first 90 days of Business access work?
New Shop subscribers receive access to Business software features for 90 days at €99/month excluding VAT. Our team activates and administers access. Shop onboarding of €250 excluding VAT applies; full Business onboarding is not included. Analytics availability is separately labeled as awaiting client testing.
What happens after 90 days?
You can continue on Shop for €99/month or explicitly choose Business for €210/month, excluding VAT. There is no automatic paid upgrade. Our team coordinates the change with you.
Can I keep my existing website and hosting?
Yes. Connect your website to Bites2B through a link or branded subdomain. Bites2B hosting is included in the subscription; +€30/month excluding VAT applies only to an additional website hosted and maintained by us.
Can I change my menu and ordering rules?
Yes. Manage products, categories and prices from the workspace. Minimum order lead time is configured around the way your business operates.
How do we start, and how do I get support?
We discuss your workflow, prepare the store and settings, and agree on service terms. Technical maintenance of the standard platform is included. Custom changes are quoted separately.
